Refund policy

RETURNS
We hope you will love What you ordered! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund within 7 days of receipt, for any unworn, unwashed merchandise. All items should be returned with tags attached, in its original packaging in the same condition you received it. Please include the invoice in your return. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of Velvette Label.

If you wish to return an item/items from your order, click here to begin your return. If you return an item/items from your order, a $7 restocking fee per order will be deducted from your refund. PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA 5% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL ORDERS PLACED OVER $700 IF ALL ITEMS IN THE ORDER ARE RETURNED OR OVER $700 WORTH OF GOODS ARE RETURNED. ( THIS APPLIES TO MULTIPLE ORDERS PLACED WITHIN 24 HOURS.)

All approved returns will be processed within 3 business days, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it may take time for the return to reflect on your credit card.

All items 30% off or more are final sale and can not be returned. If a final sale item is returned it will be donated.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed by the tracking number.
